Afternoon Tea & Coping With Exam/Deadline Stress!
This week join us for an afternoon tea relaxed chat about how to cope with work stresses. Feel free to use this session as a way to let off some steam, chat with everyone and find ways of keeping calm and looking after your wellbeing during deadline/exam season.
Wellbeing Wednesday is in partnership with the Music department Peer Mentor scheme and is open to everyone and anyone with or without a MUMS membership, and also any students of the University of Manchester.
